A little bit about me

I have age and experience, but I am also energetic and love to have fun. I have been a private nanny for 8 plus years for several families with children ranging from newborn to preteen including multiple children. I believe every moment is a teachable moment through play, sports, crafts, outdoor time and music. I enjoy guiding children's learning of life skills and healthy routines that will benefit them throughout their lives. I have my preschool teaching certificate and have worked in a few preschools at all age levels. I started working with children when I was in high school and continued through my banking career by volunteering in the school system as well as church programs. The health and safety of children is my number one priority, but having fun and enjoying being a lifetime learner goes right along with that. I believe it's important to live life with an attitude of gratitude and care for all living things around us.
