The most important part about being a nanny to me is making sure that you are not only taking care of the children but are satisfying their needs. I have a lot of experience with special needs children. In high school, I was in best buddies for four years which is a program where we are paired up with a child who is mentally challenged. I also have family me ever that are Autistic and have watched them before.
