The most important part about being a nanny is making sure the kids are having, I love making sure that when I am babysitting kids they have fun. If their parents tell me they have to finish their homework before anything then I make sure they do that, after they do the things they need to I try to make the rest of the night fun.
My experience with special needs children...
I was student aid for the deans office at my school and I did have to work with some special needs children, this didn´t happen a lot but I did have to make sure they were safe, got to class, and had their medication at the nurses office.
