My name is Joanne, my nanny children calls me Jo, I’m 42 years old, Filipina with a big heart, warm smile and caregiving skills that would be an asset to any family and home. I have more than 10 years experience of childcare. Being a nanny is a very fulfilling and rewarding profession for me. I am skilled in supervising and caring for children. This includes daily activities to meet children physical and emotional needs. Moreover I am well versed in providing developmentally appropriate educational games. My knowledge to reinforce morals and values would bring a positive change to the development of your kids. Further more I have background in nursing and posses caregiver training certification and a valid driver's license. I recently got my Montessori Early Childhood Assistant Course Certification and Montessori Toddler Workshop Certification at Montessori Professional Training Canada last year. My ability to work under pressure differentiate me from the rest.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

If the weather permits we go to parks to have play dates, we go to the zoo and when it’s really hot we enjoy our time in beach parks or water park having picnic, playing in the water or catching some tiny fishes and crawfish. Other outdoor activities are bike riding or scooter riding, going for a trail walk and just exploring and we do lemonade stand too. If don’t have a lot of time we just play in the backyard soccer play, trampoline, water games, playing in the mud kitchen or playing hide seek or good morning Mr wolf. Some of indoor activities I enjoy doing with children are doing crafts, playing pretend games, reading books, painting, colouring, playing board games, baking. Going for a play date or having come over for play dates too. I also take them to science museum or indoor playgrounds.
