Aside from raising my own 2 children and being a military spouse for 22 years, I also ran a home daycare for the military, on base. My daycare was geared towards early childhood education. I did not "babysit" my children in my care, but taught them life skills through education and socialization with other home daycare providers on the base. Military home daycare will only "allow" 5 children in your care at one time, plus the provider's own children. I had 5 children under the age of 5 years old, plus my daughter and son.
