Hi! I’m Jonnea! Caring for children has always been my passion. From my very first job at Chuck E. Cheese to now working as a Student Analyst in ABA therapy, my career has always centered around helping kids learn, grow, and have fun. I also have experience as a special education teacher and hold a master’s degree.

I love creating a safe, positive environment where children can be themselves. Whether we’re reading stories, baking, exploring outside, doing crafts, or having a dance party in the living room, I’m always ready to join the fun!

Outside of work, I enjoy reading, cooking, and finding new ways to grow personally and professionally. My goal is to continue becoming the best version of myself while helping children build confidence, independence, and happy childhood memories.

I’ve worked with infants through teenagers in homes, schools, clinics, and community settings. My experience includes nannying, babysitting, special education, and ABA therapy. I’m comfortable with daily routines, homework help, meal prep, transportation, bedtime routines, and creating engaging activities that make learning fun.

Being a nanny is about so much more than childcare. It’s about creating a safe place where children feel loved, encouraged, and free to be themselves. I want parents to feel confident their child is not only safe with me, but genuinely happy and excited for the next adventure we get to share together.

My experience with special needs children...

As a Student Analyst in ABA therapy and former special education teacher, I have experience supporting children with autism, ADHD, developmental delays, and other learning differences. I believe every child learns differently, and I love finding creative ways to help them succeed while building confidence and independence.

The most important part about being a nanny...

One of my favorite memories was spending the day with a little boy who loved DC and Marvel superheroes as much as I do. He proudly introduced me to every action figure in his collection, and seeing his excitement made the day unforgettable. It never felt like babysitting. It felt like spending time with a friend while getting a glimpse into his amazing world.
