In my previous position, I was responsible for a 2 year old and soon after I started, a baby was added to my care. One of the memories I cherish the most is seeing my nanny baby laugh for the first time! I tend to get very invested in my nanny kids and their milestones. I love watching them learn and grow! Seeing her laugh for the first time made me cry!
Another favorite memory of mine was hearing the 2 year old, mentioned above, say my name for the first time. He had a pretty severe speech delay, we worked on his vocabulary daily. Hearing him say my name for the first time also brought tears to my eyes!
