All my life I’ve grown up with a brother, who has autism and a cousin, who also has autism. I also have other family members with special needs, and this personal experience has instilled in me qualities, such as empathy, patience, reliability, and dedication. At college I am also part of best buddies organization, which is a club in which we interact with individuals with disabilities and attend events, meetings and trips.
