I am Jordan. I graduated this May from West Virginia University. I have been a nanny/ taking care of children in some capacity since I was in ninth grade, either as a nanny or as a camp counselor. I worked as a summer nanny every year of college and even nannied a lil babe during my final year of school. I truly believe I was made to care for lil ones. Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

- The summer of 2021, I was a counselor at the Sitka Fine Arts Camp in Sitka, Alaska. Here I was tasked with caring for both Middle and High Schoolers for 5 weeks! I was the Head Counselor for the same camp the summer of 2022 for 8 weeks.
- During the 2020 Spring Semester, I was the Co-Director of the West Virginia University's Youth
(Teen) Theatre Program
- I have miscellaneously babysat for children the past 8 years, ranging from infant to 11-12 years old.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love being outside with kids... walks, picnics, going to the park, hikes, playing outside. I love to bake with kiddos, baking by myself is fun but adding the inevitable complications of an intrigued little one makes it even better. My favorite thing to do is movies- all out, blanket fort, popcorn, candy, and a disney movie (I probably enjoy the movies more than the kids!)

Remembering that I am in charge of someones 'most precious cargo' and so it should be mine too.

I let three kids bake a cake out of 'anything' in the kitchen and needless to say... that was a *unique* cake.
I also love letting any of my kiddos play in the rain (I'll, of course join them) as well as let them do my makeup-- it usually turns out interestingly.
