A little bit about me

I have worked with many children of different backgrounds, who all differ from ages and grade
levels to their abilities, and I’ve truly learned that the most important thing is working with them and meeting them where they are at in that moment. Each child have different capabilities and when I meet him/her/them I talk to them and really want to see where he/she/they are at in terms
of learning and what he/she/they understand. I also do my best to ensure that I am respectful and understanding of all the children I work with because many of them are going through different things and identify in many different ways and it is always my intention to foster a safe environment with the children I work with.
