Building a strong and trusting relationship with your kids aswell as the parents! Its hard enough trying to navigate kids and work! But your children mean everything to you! So being able to trust them with who is watching after them, while theu enjoy who is watching them is so important! Watching kids grow up is so important and adore it so much!

I dont have a lot of experience in this department! But, in highschool i used to help out with our special needs class and build amazing relationships with my peers in that class!
