The most important thing about being a nanny is understanding that children are at a very formative stage of life. They are just beginning to discover the world and learn from everything around them. Because of this, it is essential to be intentional, patient, and mindful in how we teach, guide, and interact with them. A nanny plays a key role in shaping a child’s values, behavior, and sense of security, so providing a safe, nurturing, and positive environment is fundamental to supporting their healthy emotional, social, and cognitive development.

The most important part about being a nanny...

Every moment I have spent caring for children has been deeply meaningful and memorable. One particularly special experience was taking the children to the park, where I observed them playing joyfully, exploring their surroundings, and interacting with other children. I greatly enjoyed engaging with them during playtime, but what impacted me most was experiencing their genuine affection, such as when they picked flowers and gifted them to me.
