"He has great availability and cares for my son. He is very trustworthy and reliable. My son was always happy to "see Josh". He is always willing to lend a helping hand. Even when I was home he would offer to come and watch my son while I cooked dinner or ran quick errands. It also helped he only live 10 mins away.
