Most of my experience is with working with pets, so it will be no issue if they need taken care of as well. I have been dogsitting for 7 years now with 17 regular clients and I am still accepting new ones as well. My experience with children is limited but does include working as a JS at the well established Camp Lutherhaven and that taught me so much about how to properly talk to kids and make them feel comfortable. But more importantly, how to have fun! Otherwise just general experience with younger children within my family ranging from infant-10 years old.
One of my favorite things that my dog-sitting clients tell me is how happy they are when they return home. I take a lot of pride in making sure things are cleaner and neater than how they were left. This goes for general & deep cleaning and I am more then happy to help while around. The most notable other work experience I have is working at a meal prep company and I became the front of house lead and closing manager.

I love being creative and doing crafts! With kids there is never a dull moment and a craft is a perfect way to keep them engaged plus, you will get a keepsake. Win win! There is no issue with going on a day trip to the zoo or park as I have reliable transportation.

I have 8 siblings so being around kids is something I've always been used to. I'm very family oriented and will be more than happy to help another family with the care of their little ones. I am CPR certified but I will need to get my CPR certification renewed shortly> I also know some basic American sign language. Not enough for a full conversation but enough to communicate certain needs if any child is nonverbal or has a disability. I am willing to work with little ones of all ages and differences. Like I said I have a big family and almost all of us have our own struggles and challenges, so I am patient and kind even when things get rough. I have my own vehicle and drivers license and am willing to travel anywhere in the Fort Wayne area. I've never done babysitting for pay but I have taken care of a large number of family members growing including my siblings and others. Not asking for a 40 hour work week but even 24 hours at least a week with a pay of $12.50-$15 requested is all.
