I’ve cared for a child with Autism, i know some nanny’s who would get mad because the child isn’t listening or paying attention but i think it’s best if you just let them do what they want, of course i’ll keep watch

my favorite nanny moment has to be when the kid i’m taking care of finally opens up, i know how awkward it is to be around someone you just met but when you start to gain their trust and realize how cool they are, it gets fun :).
