Apart from safety, paying attention to kids is one of the most important part for me, as in actually listening to them, sometimes we forget that they have thoughts too and I’ve seen many kids trying to show something to their parents and parents won’t even look at them so I like to get this balance where parents feel comfortable as their kids are safe with me and kids feel comfortable as I’m being a “friend” spending time with them

When kiddos run to hug me and kiss me, whenever i heard they want me around or when they share their treats with me, I think that’s the way they show they like you so it makes me feel like I’m doing a great job, plus is the cutest thing in the world 🫶🏻
