I have been lead teachers, assistant teachers, private tutors, sign language interpreter, and now finally a nanny. I find I lean more towards Montessori/gentle teaching rather than traditional- in that most everything I do is child led. From potty training to outdoor activities to field trips. The only thing I keep consistent are meal and rest times. Other than that I love including the kids in the decisions throughout the day.
