Helping the little ones learn and grow. I don't think of them as helpless children. I think of them as tinier humans that experience emotions and problems just like me. So the most important part to me to help them learn how to face the problems that they have and express their emotions. I also think it is super important to respect them and teach them to make their own choices and experience as much of life as they can while they're little.
