A little bit about me

I have been working as a babysitter for the last 3 years. I have worked as a full time nanny for the past year! I also am a care giver of my 7 year old brother who has autism. I currently work with a 19 month old boy that I have worked with for the past year or so. He will be starting day care soon so I will be available to work with a new family in the end of August. I have always enjoyed taking care of children, and I am very passionate about this job. I enjoy being outdoors, reading, playing, dancing and singing, nurturing, cooking, and I am more than happy to help with house chores. I am currently in college, and I'm looking for a job that will blend well with my school schedule. I am also going to start an online course by ARC (American Red Cross) to learn First Aid and CPR. I am excited to meet you and your family!

I enjoy taking children outdoors, reading to them, playing with them, I like to include them when I cook and clean! They often find it fun when they see you doing it with them! I enjoy teaching them things like colors, letters, and words! I also like to encourage them to communicate what they would like to do!

I believe the most important part about being a nanny is loving, nurturing, and teaching children biblical values like loving others, forgiveness, compassion, and other values alike. Children are the our future, and I believe it is important to raise strong adults by providing a strong foundation that they need!
