The most important part about being a nanny...

I had some swim classes with a bunch of babies and their parents, and one class I really got to bond with the infants, even those that were more attached/scared to leave their parents at first. When I left the program the class got together to get me a gift from their babies as a form of appreciation.

Hi my name is Malyun. I am a student at the University of Washington (Seattle) exploring a career in healthcare. I’m offering childcare for occasional, part time shifts.

Maddie B. - Seeking Work in Seattle

Full-Time Nanny Available in Seattle, WA: Maddie B.

Hi, I'm Maddie! I'm 27 years old and currently work as a preschool teacher. I hold a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and am passionate about helping children develop a love of learning while encouraging their natural curiosity. I love to work with children where they're at and determining my approach on an individual basis.

When I'm not teaching, I enjoy spending time outdoors hiking, kayaking, paddleboarding, and exploring tide pools.

While I've loved my experience in the classroom, I'm looking for a change of pace by transitioning into nannying. I'm excited about the opportunity to provide more individualized care and attention, build a strong relationship with one child, and support their growth and development in a more personal setting.
Destiny P. - Seeking Work in Seattle

Full-Time Child Care Provider Available in Seattle, WA: Destiny P.

I’ve worked with children for as long as I could remember. In High School I was apart of the Big Brother Big Sister program. Since then I’ve gravitated towards making a difference and having an impact on their lives. I’ve worked as an Instructor Assistant at an Elementary for over 6 years. There I worked alongside educators to help fill in students educational gap when it comes to reading and math. In addition to making a difference in students educational needs, I nannied for various families over the years. From maintaining everyday household needs to being the main caretaker for weeks on end, while the parents are away, I’m the person you can rely on to continue to be there for your child as you would and more.
