For me it’s understanding the difference between different children. A lot of people assume all children think and act the same when in reality they don’t. Children have their own personalities, opinions, and emotions, and they should be taken seriously.

When I was assisting in an elementary school, kids would beg me to become a teacher. They didn’t understand the years of school and classes you need, they thought I could just apply :) it was really sweet, they called me their favorite teacher, and tried to get the principle to promote me, I was around 16. They would tell the other teachers that I was "the cool one" because we would all playfully tease each other, it was very funny :)
