The most important part to me about being a nanny is taking care of the children, helping them grow and watching them have fun. Kids deserve to be kids.
My experience with special needs children...
The only experience I have personally with a child with special needs is my little sister, she is now 10 she has paralysis on the left side of the brain so it affects mainly her right side of the body, she also get seizures.

When I was a camp counselor for lunch they would always give you a pickle in the bag, well one time I told the kids how much I loved pickles and by the end of the day the kids saved all their pickles, put it in a bag and gave me them. From then on out they called me "miss pickle lady"
