Para mí, la parte más importante de ser niñera es crear un ambiente seguro, amoroso y lleno de confianza para los niños. No solo se trata de vigilarlos, sino de realmente estar presente para ellos: escucharlos, jugar, guiarlos y hacer que se sientan valorados.
Los niños necesitan sentirse comprendidos y acompañados, y creo que una buena niñera es esa persona que, además de cuidar, también conecta con ellos. Es alguien que los motiva a descubrir, a aprender cosas nuevas y a expresarse tal y como son, todo con mucha paciencia y cariño.
