A little bit about me

Hi I’m Justas! I was born and raised in Missouri. I am currently a Marketing Director for an Assisted Senior Living Community and enjoy being able to work with children in my spare time. I have experience with children in the school setting as well as home setting as a Medicaiton Aide for Individualized Supported Living (ISL) services. I studied music while in school then made my transition back to business and marketing after my two years at UMKC Music Conservatory. As a child care provider, I enjoy sharing my love of the outdoors and creativity/art with kids. I think it is important to provide children with a fun, fulfilling and then reached environment. I have tons of experience with special needs children as well as adults. I have worked with individuals who have a wide array of different needs and have always enjoyed being able to be apart of their life journey.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I have had many favorite moments with tons of different children that I have taken care of over the years. I would say the most heartwarming moment was when I was able to teach one of my nonverbal children a word. To see him light up with happiness as well as his parents was the greatest feeling ever.
