I worked as a nanny for a mom of three in which I watched her 1 year old, three year old, and 4 year old several days per week. Unfortunately, they moved to a different city, but it gave me a lot of experience. I also have an 8 month old if my own. There is no better sitter than a mom herself!
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I follow a Montessori approach with my 8 month old daughter. I am a background in psychology as well as child development. I really love helping little ones learn skills that are age appropriate for their cognitive development.

The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite moment as a nanny was when I was watching three little ones. Their mom pulled up while we were at the park outdoors and the oldest one ran to their mom and said, “mommy, look what I learned today!” while holding up a drawing that we had worked on together. I realized then how important my job was to teach, guide, and nurture the children I am caring for while their parents cannot.
