A little bit about me

Hello! I recently graduated from The University of Tulsa with my bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology. I worked as a nanny while in college and quickly fell in love with it. I couldn’t see myself doing anything else. I have experience with premature babies all the way through to middle school, including children with special needs. I’m also first aid and CPR certified. I know sign language, which is something I love to engage with the little ones I watch! I do not smoke or do drugs and I have a clean driving record, along with a reliable car. Being a nanny is so much more than a job for me, I really put my whole heart into loving the children and love to see how much they grow and learn. I can’t even explain how precious this is to me to get to be the one to care for them. It is such an honor and I’m very fortunate to have found something I love so much. More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

Hello! I have 6 years of experience with premies all the way up to middle school. I have been certified in First Aid and CPR as well as a Certified Medication Aide. I have an associates degree in Kinesiology, another associates degree in Pre-Nursing, and a bachelors degree in Speech-Language Pathology. I love teaching kids to read and use sign language. Language development is one of my favorite things, so lots of engagement and reading! I also love animals, so the more the merrier! I have my own car and I don’t drink or smoke. The most important part about being a nanny...

Is the special moments we have and the bond we build. Whether I'm there for one day or the rest of their lives, I will cherish each moment I have with them and love to be a good role model for them and teach them the importance of kindness and self-love.

My experience with special needs children...

I have nannied for a young boy who had autism and was non-verbal. He was very sweet and I loved working with him.

The most important part about being a nanny...

There are too many to list. Each child has so much love to offer. My heart overflows with these kids with each time they say they love me and miss me. They're so amazing.
