I would make sure there are regular meetings with the parents to ensure everything with both parties are up-to-date I also require a nanny contract so we are both clear on each other duties and what is expected of my duties as a nanny I would also ask about the parenting styles and how the parents discipline the children so that we are on the same term I will make sure I communicate with the family on a daily basis of what's going on with the kids we would discuss the pay and make sure both parties are happy.
