I have worked in elementary schools, with special needs children and high schoolers, and adults, medically fragile children, multiples, and children with behavioral needs. I have cared for infants and toddlers and children.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love taking children on walks, to the pool, zoo, museums, and amusement parks. In addition to simple things like water balloon fights in the summer. I also love crafting and finding new outdoor activities like making chalk paint and snow sand. I also like to do indoor crafts like coloring and making paper snowflakes and trying new art projects I see online Or on pinterest. I love building forts and helping kids make obstacle courses. I enjoy reading to kids and listening to them read to me. I always love dance parties to get extra energy out.
My experience with special needs children...
I have experience with medically fragile children, children with behavioral issues, and learning disabilities. I am also a CNA so I can do more on the medical aspect for children that need it.
