What matters most to me about being a nanny is creating a safe, positive, and caring environment where children feel comfortable being themselves. I think it’s important to be patient, attentive, and present with the kids while also respecting each family’s routines and parenting style. I want parents to feel confident knowing their children are with someone they can trust and rely on.
