My names Kailee, I'm 18 years old and working myself all the way through college. I grew up in Austin and love the area and culture. I love children and have lots of experience working with young-middle age children as well as special needs kiddos! I worked at a special needs summer camp as well as an after school program for two and a half years and absolutely loved it. I am willing to do housework, to get CPR certified, as well as other things you might see fit for the benefit of your little one. I am very adventurous and creative and would love the opportunity to help take a load off of you and create a special bond with your amazing kids.

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I was an after-school program instructor as well as a competitive cheer coach for all ages for two and a half years. I also worked for a special needs summer camp called Camp Barnabus, this included providing around the clock care for children with many varieties of special needs.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love to play at the park, do arts and crafts, cook, and sing and dance with the children I am looking after. Overall, I just like to create a fun educational environment as that is a prime focus for me personally.

The most important part about being a nanny...

is being able to help a family in need of extra help as well as creating a fun and healthy environment for children.

My experience with special needs children...

I volunteered for a nonprofit organization in the Austin area called Miracle League which was an arena in which volunteers taught special needs children to play baseball. I also worked for a special needs summer camp called Camp Barnabus where I was held accountable for around the clock care of individuals with many varieties of special needs.

The most important part about being a nanny...

My favorite moment was when one of the children in my after school program was faced with the writing prompt "who do you look up to most" at school. She came to me the next week with the biggest smile and a paper all about her bond with me, stamped with a big red hundred. This made me incredibly happy and I believe it was a moment I will never forget.
