More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I began my childcare career in daycare centers, where I cared for children of various ages, planned activities, supervised playtime, prepared meals and snacks, and maintained a safe and structured environment. I also worked as a nanny, providing one-on-one care in the home, including preparing meals, helping with routines, organizing educational and fun activities, and supporting children’s emotional and developmental needs.
In addition, I have worked in PCA and home care positions caring for children with a variety of needs. My responsibilities included assisting with daily activities, medication reminders, transportation, and providing emotional support. These experiences have helped me develop strong skills in patience, communication, and creating a nurturing environment where children feel safe, loved, and supported.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...
Activities I enjoy doing with children include arts and crafts, outdoor play, going to parks, reading books, coloring, baking, playing board games, and doing age-appropriate educational activities. I also love going on outings and taking children to fun places such as the zoo, aquarium, museums, playgrounds, libraries, and other kid-friendly activities. I enjoy creating fun and engaging experiences that help children learn, explore, and use their imagination. My goal is always to keep children active, happy, and supported in a safe, loving, and nurturing environment.
The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part about being a nanny is creating a safe, loving, and supportive environment where children feel secure, happy, and encouraged to grow. I believe it is essential to build a strong bond with each child and earn the trust of both the children and their parents. Being a nanny is more than just supervising it means being a positive role model, helping children learn and develop, and providing consistency, patience, and compassion every day. Knowing that I can make a meaningful difference in a child’s life is the most rewarding part of being a nanny.
My experience with special needs children...
My experience with special needs children includes working as a PCA and caregiver for children with a wide range of physical, developmental, and behavioral needs. I have provided one-on-one support to children with autism, ADHD, sensory processing challenges, and other medical or developmental conditions. My responsibilities included assisting with daily routines, personal care, medication reminders, meal preparation, transportation, and implementing strategies to support emotional regulation and positive behavior.
I understand the importance of patience, consistency, and individualized care. I work closely with parents to follow established routines and ensure each child feels safe, understood, and supported. My goal is always to create a nurturing environment where children can thrive, build confidence, and reach their full potential.

The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite nanny moments are the ones where I get to watch children grow and gain confidence. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing a child learn a new skill, overcome a challenge, or light up with excitement during a fun activity or outing. I love building strong bonds with the children I care for and becoming someone they feel safe and comfortable with. Whether it’s hearing a child laugh, receiving a big hug, or seeing how much they trust me, those everyday moments are what make being a nanny so special and fulfilling to me.
