Hello to all families! I’ve had the joy of working with children in a few different ways. I’ve been a school aide, supporting students with classroom activities and helping them learn. I’ve also worked as a behavior technician, giving one-on-one guidance to help kids build positive skills and habits. On top of that, I was an after-school program leader with Arc, leading fun activities, helping with homework, and making sure kids had a safe and engaging space to learn and play.

I love connecting with kids of all ages, keeping them engaged, and making sure they’re having fun while learning.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I enjoy doing a variety of activities with children, like arts and crafts, painting, coloring, and hands-on projects that let them be creative. I also love reading, helping with homework, and fun learning activities. Outdoor play is another favorite—going to parks, playing games, or exploring nature. And of course, I love Disney movies and sing-alongs—there’s nothing like belting out songs together and having a good laugh!

The most important part about being a nanny...

The most important part about being a nanny is building trust and connection with both the children and their family. It’s about creating a safe, loving, and fun environment where kids feel supported, encouraged, and confident to explore and learn. I believe a great nanny listens, adapts to each child’s needs, and helps make their days both enjoyable and meaningful. Being patient, reliable, and genuinely caring are the things that make all the difference.

My experience with special needs children...

I’ve had the opportunity, under my CNA license, to work as a school aide with children on the spectrum, supporting their learning and helping them navigate the classroom. I’ve learned how to be adaptable, and attentive to each child’s unique needs, while creating a safe, encouraging, and fun environment. I really enjoy finding ways to connect with every child, celebrate their strengths, and help them feel confident and supported as they grow.

The most important part about being a nanny...

One of my favorite nanny moments was when we were having a Disney sing-along marathon, and the kids decided we needed a “costume concert.” We grabbed anything we could find—hats, blankets, even a mop—and put on a full performance in the living room. The 3-year-old was the lead singer, the 5-year-old was on “drums,” and I was on backup vocals (and maybe a little dancing too). By the end, we were all laughing so hard we could barely finish the songs! Moments like that remind me how fun, silly, and sweet working with kids can be.
