Listening to exactly what the parent tells you to do, and trustfully executing the tasks as they desire. It's important not to change the routine and discipline already set forth, rather, enforce it. A nanny is a tertiary parent, therefore should be a positive role model.

While every moment with kiddos is eventful, there is one specific nannying memory that comes right to mind. This happened every time I would take 3 sisters to their swimming lesson, all scheduled at the same time to kill 3 birds with 1 stone. Each time any of them would jump off their platform, they would make sure to get my attention up in the watch room to watch them perform a cannon ball. They loved getting the big thumbs up and Kaitlin smile:)
