Good afternoon, I'm Kaitlyn Carter, and I'm 17 years old. I have 3 years of babysitting experience, including working with children of all ages and children with special needs. I attend Horn Lake High School. School starts at 7:35 am and ends at 2:50 pm. With my work release, I leave school at 1:13 pm every day. I play tennis for the school and compete in DECA. I work full-time at Walmart in Hernando, MS. I'm flexible with my hours to accommodate your child (ren). I receive my work schedule weeks in advance and can send it to you. I would love to meet your family and pets, if you have any, before accepting the job and going over hours that work for you. I have my own vehicle and wouldn't mind doing drop-offs or pick-ups if needed. I'm a very good cook and can prep food only for the child (ren). I appreciate plenty of feedback, good or bad. I am very big on communication for a child's well-being.

The most important part of being a nanny is respecting the child(ren), always keeping your eyes on them, keeping them fed, creating a fun and loving environment for them when parents are away, cleaning up the child(ren)'s mess, and caring for them like your own.

My experience with special needs children...

I grew up caring for my special-needs cousin, who lived with me from age 7 until she was 15. I've babysat 2 children with special needs, ages 5 and 11.
