Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
i was a junior camp counselor for a summer camp in bucktown. I would be with kids from ages 4-8 from 7am to 3pm. I was the assistant and always made sure kids were doing alright, knew how the game works, made sure they had their lunch and snacks. Had to teach them new things and always on the look out!
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
playing games, making up games as we go, taking them to the park, arts and crafts and creating new things. Being active and having them moving around rather than being glued to a screen all day :)
My experience with special needs children...
I have a sister who is special needs, she is deaf in 1 ear and blind in 1 eye. She taught me how to have patience! I’m great with helping and teach them new things
