More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I've had the pleasure to work at the Goddard School for over 2 years. I worked with children between the ages of 4 months old to Kindergarten. My responsibilities including maintaining children with their daily routine, create and participate in activities to help with child development,
maintain a safe and clean environment for children
Help guide them into becoming self-sufficient which I pride myself doing with patients and the utmost care and love for each child, maintaining changing diapers and potty-training children, strive to have a great relationship with parents and children with my bubbly personality and devoting my love and care to their child, and always keeping children happy and preoccupied with reading books, songs, outdoor time, games, dance parties, and educational activities and songs. As far as my nanny experience I had all the same responsibilities but also ran errands, cooked, took children to sports/ doctors appointments, and cleaned as family needed.

The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part about being a nanny is to always ensure children and parents know the child is loved and being taken care of. It's also important to always keep child in a safe environment and keep them in their daily routine.
My experience with special needs children...
My experience with minimal, but i did learn how to try to get them to play and interact with other children, to hug them and shower them with love when they are upset or acting out, and to observe them to learn the things they like and don't like.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite part about being a nanny is watching these wonderful bundles of joy be silly, funny, and learn. When you watch a kid start to become more self-sufficient and watch them learn and grow, it's the most beautiful thing someone can witness.

Full-Time Nanny Available in Old Bridge, NJ: Michelle B.
Hi! I'm Michelle Bateh & am excited to change career paths. I have taken care of my younger cousins all of my life, but my education drove me into the corporate work of fashion, later into kids fashion... primary.com. in light of all that is going on in the world, I want to transition into a job that gives back more, such as taking care of children whose parents need the extra help. I have a bachelors degree and was a great student my entire life so I would love to help kids learn, not just watch them watch their ipads all day! My mother was also a principal for special education so there is a soft place in my heart there too with lots of patience. Open to all the opportunities and looking forward to working!
