My experience with special needs children includes nannying for a family with a child on the spectrum, which taught me a lot about patience, communication, and routine. The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite nanny moment was when I set up a full pretend salon day with stations - hair, nails, makeup, the works! And we followed it up by baking treats for a tea party. The kids were so into it, and it turned into a whole afternoon of laughter, creativity, and pretend play. It’s one of those days I’ll always remember!
