A moment that will always be with me is when I found a toddler that was lost in the store and was very scared and frustrated, I was able to calm them down and ask about what their mommy or daddy looked like, after 3 isles in the store the parent and I frantically ran into each other, they thanked me and the baby came up and hugged me. I couldn’t imagine the panic on both sides.
