Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I cared for children at the daycare of my job! It was ages 3 months-11 years. Typically I had around 8-12 kiddos.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I enjoy playing games such as tag or hide and seek or duck duck goose, depending on the ages of the kids. The littler kids we would normally play with the toys such as barbies and cars or we would color! Some of the older kids loved sports so we would throw the football or kick the soccer ball :)
The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part is making sure all kids feel loved, safe, welcomed and like they belong. I never want any kid to feel left out or sad or anything. My goal is to make sure they know how loved they are and keep them safe!
My experience with special needs children...
I have no personal experience however I have absolutely no problem caring for special needs children.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite moment is with 2 of the kids I had, one was 5 the other was 8. They were my favorite kiddos ever anytime they came in they would run to me and jump in my arms, yes both of them lol. I would always bring snacks to them and they would ask to FaceTime and hangout outside of the gym 😆 I was off for a couple of days one week and their dad ended up texting me saying they missed me and didnt want to come to daycare if I wasnt working. They truly made such a difference in my life and I still keep in touch with them.
