In my role as a Behavior Technician/Medical Assistant with Amergis Healthcare, I delivered behavioral support to students with autism by implementing IEP goals, Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), collecting behavioral data, and promoting academic, communication, and social development in the classroom. Currently, as an Early Interventionist with Little Learners Therapy, I provide individualized early intervention services focused on language, play, social-emotional development, daily living skills, academic readiness, and behavior reduction while collaborating closely with families and interdisciplinary teams to monitor and support each child's progress.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I enjoy engaging children in fun, educational, and age-appropriate activities that encourage learning and creativity. Some of my favorite activities include arts and crafts, reading books, outdoor play, sensory activities, music and dance, puzzles, board games, and imaginative play. I also enjoy helping with homework, teaching life skills, and planning activities that support each child's developmental milestones. Most importantly, I love creating a safe, positive, and nurturing environment where children feel comfortable, confident, and excited to learn and explore.

I believe the most important part of being a nanny is creating a safe, loving, and trustworthy environment where children feel supported and valued. A great nanny is more than a caregiver—they become a positive role model who encourages learning, independence, and confidence while maintaining open communication with parents. I strive to build strong, trusting relationships with both children and families by being patient, dependable, attentive, and responsive to each child's individual needs. The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite nanny moment was with a previous client of mine I had been working on teacher to write her name which was a big struggle for her. Being able to see her progress over a couple of months and watching her accomplish the task was very rewarding.
