I have a cousin who I used to watch she was highly autistic and had severe behavior issues, she also could not speak, but really you just needed to be patient with her and understand her way of communication.

Every moment spent with the kids. I love filming so whenever I'm with the kids I like to take cute videos (with parental permission) and usually send them to the parent and keep them for good memories lol.
