My experience with special needs children...

I have experience working with a special needs child with ADHD and autism. During my two months of working with the child, I demonstrated exceptional patience, understanding, and adaptability. I took the time to learn about the child's unique needs and challenges, and worked closely with the child's parents. I used various strategies and techniques to help the child manage their behaviors, stay focused, and engage in activities that promoted their development. Unfortunately, due to the military the family ended up moving which cut this position short.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I have had many memorable moments during my time as a nanny, but one of my favorites was when I played "Baby Shark" at my previous daycare job. As soon as the music started, all the children got up and started running around with big smiles on their faces. I loved seeing the joy and excitement on the children's faces as they danced and sang along to the song. It was a simple moment, but it showed the power of music and play in bringing children together and creating happy memories. This moment reminded me of the importance of engaging with children in fun and creative ways, and the impact it can have on their development and well-being.
