A little bit about me

Hello, I’m Kamren. I’m 14 and I do very well with toddlers/young kids (0 months - 8 years) I am CONSTANTLY very calm and fun, children usually connect with me on the first couple visits. I am a student who has taken multiple high school courses before even reaching high school (I am a freshman now) I have been in gifted classes since first grade and have taken honors classes since 8th so, if your child needs help with homework, tests, or majorly improving grades. I’m just the person to assist with a 3.8 unweighted GPA thus far. I’m great at simple housekeeping (Tidying, sweeping & mopping, keeping surfaces and floors clean/junk free, etc.) I am great with pets too, if I’m needed to watch pets. I do best with routines (afterschool routine, bedtime routine, etc.) and I can maintain a calm house & kids!

I used to be in an afterschool program where we would tutor elementary students, they did very well under my care.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I enjoy going to the park, coloring, playing in the pool, playing video games, dress up, and etc. I do anything as long as the kids are having fun, it’s fun for me.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I feel like the most important part about being a nanny or babysitter is the connection with the children. Having a good connection with the children makes your job just a bit easier for you, not only that but you create some great memories and bonds with not only the kids but with the parents too, especially with a family who was in dire need of assistance. Also, if you’re not only a fun but teaching/ disciplinary nanny, it will help the parents raise and release good people into the world.

My experience with special needs children...

I don’t work with special needs children but I’m sure I can do it. I’m very good with routine so if I’m given one I can follow accordingly with little to no mistakes.

The most important part about being a nanny...

After I tutor children, there is usually tons of time to kill because of the way I tutor, some kids get it faster than others but on his particular day, I finished tutoring a 2nd grade student and safely taught him to do a backflip, the little trials and errors were fun for the both of us.
