Good old fashioned outdoor activity is so valuable, yet so simple to do. Just walk out the door and you can do many things. I feel lucky to have grown up without a screen in front of me all of the time! Good indoor activities can be cards, board games, crafts or maybe a classic movie. Interacting, communicating and being active in some manner is very important for everyone, especially young children.
