Hi! My name is Karen. I am seeking a nanny position. I have experience working as a nanny, tutor, and teacher, (K-12).
My nanny experience, from [phone number hidden], was a rich and rewarding experience. I was able to provide trustworthy, quality care for four families on a full-time basis.
From 2007-present I worked as a teacher and tutor providing instruction for children, grades K-12, with a master's degree in Special Education.
I am now seeking a nanny position that will better suit the needs/ schedule of my family.
Whether teaching, tutoring, or nannying, what I have enjoyed most about working with children in my career is assisting them and watching them as they make positive discoveries, of their own, about the world around them! Whether it is the lightbulb moment where multiplication suddenly makes sense to them or they've discovered a new talent they possess, it is a joy to guide them throughout those discoveries and provide positive support.
I believe children thrive when given the right guidance and support in life. Helping steer them on their path of self and world discovery is what brings joy into any childcare profession. It's their successes and achievements that make it so rewarding to be a part of.
