My name is Karen and I absolutely cherish caring for children! I am a compassionate, loving, go with the flow lady who adores children, however can be firm at times if required. I am a mother to an one year old, a dog, two turtles, and a part-time caregiver to my brother (an 11 year old). My fiancé and I have lived here in Bakersfield our entire lives! I have a total of 12 years of experience, with ages ranging from newborn-11 years old. For the last year I have had the joy of taking care and nurturing my daughter! There has been troublesome situations but I never loose my temper. I am open minded, understanding, gentle, and loving to all children. I care profoundly about any and each child I see and/or take care of. I understand boundaries and I know my place personally versus professionally.
