A loving, nurturing, and caring caregiver are just some of the components that are crucial in developing a child. I believe that every moment in a child's life should be teachable. I have 30 plus years as a experience childcare professional. My experience is a combination of owning and operating my own In-home family daycare, night nursing, house management as well as babysitting. My experience, education and skills have cultivated me into a total solid package. I've cared for twins, siblings, children with medical needs all ages starting from 6weeks and up to middle school age. I love what I do and is very passionate about my job. I am a team player, flexible and very good with time management. I come to work to get the job done, to ensure safety, health and piece of mind for parents. I develop all age children through their developmental miles stones and assist the parents with accomplishing these goal. I treat all children as if they were my own with love,respect and attentiveness. I engage with them daily through play, arts & crafts and just everyday conversations. I take children to parks, playgrounds, school activities and wherever the parents deem necessary. I will do household chores, kids laundry, clean playroom and keep kitchen tidy. I prepare nutritional meals and snacks, go for walks, library and reading lots of books. I play games, I host playdates and a great party planner. I am devoted in making sure children are fed, happy and clean. I keep a daily log on what your child eats/drinks, diaper changes and what their demeanor was for the day. If you like I will communicate with you daily through text messages and videos. I communicate openly with both parents and I work well without supervision.
