I feel it’s to understand. To understand the kids the family and the parents. Another one is listening. You are being brought into a family you have to listen to the mom the kids and the parents, along with understanding how each family works. My experience with special needs children...
I do have a small amount. I’ve only had family friend interactions and I’ve learned to be understanding patient and how to control what you say and how you react. But in the end they are kids and you learn how to interact with them just like anybody!!
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite moment was, I was with these two girls that I was babysitting for the summer and we were outside playing charades. We were having so much fun. It was so cute to see how creative they were and how much fun they were having. The cute moment was they didn’t want me to leave and said I haven’t laughed this much in a long time. It made me feel very happy that we all had a fun time!
