I have been working as an assistant teacher and teacher associate since January 2020, and have been babysitting prior to, and while working there as well.

I can easily adjust and take part in what interests the child best. I more so enjoy to do educational works and games with the children for a little extra learning time, but I am perfectly fine with playing hide-and-seek instead.

Being able to watch the child grow and trust you. It is extremely important to provide a safe environment where the child feels comfortable and would know that you're there to take care of them no matter the circumstance.

I have never babysat any special needs children, but have worked besides them at the montessori school. I am known to be good at working with them, but would not consider myself an expert in that area.
