Hello, my name is Karma Brown! I am a graduate from Springville High School and a former volunteer for the Kids on Main Daycare. I love caring for children and watching them grow through adolescence. Being around kids is fulfilling and peaceful for me, despite how energetic and rowdy they are, it’s amazing to see how their personalities and intelligence helps them navigate through day-to-day obstacles. The small babbles and loud laughs are healing for the soul and melts away any stresses or doubts. Children are our future, I believe we should pour into their education, interests, and personalities while being influential role models in their little lives. Kids are like sponges, copying your every word, move, and mannerism, and it is my duty to provide your children a fun and learning environment to blossom into the amazing people they were born to be. My favorite moment was when a young boy was crying at the daycare and came to me for comfort, resting his head on my shoulder. I felt so happy to take care of him and cheered him up with a little song and tickle! Kids are absolutely precious and when they come to me for help or care, it warms my heart.
